Reuse Beauty Product Containers

From About.com

For years I have been spending a large amount of money on beauty products, from expensive shampoos and conditioners to designer foundation. To keep the designer product image that doesn't break the bank I buy discount shampoos and conditioners and transfer them to the expensive bottles. My house guest always think I've spent tons on expensive hair care, liquid soaps, and body sprays. From working in cosmetics I've learned that most of the designer companies also own the discount brands as well (Lancome, Redkin, Loreal, etc. are all owned by the same company). This usually means the ingredients are the same so I learned to by the inexpensive version at discount stores and transfer to my expensive jars. - Submitted by Amanda
