Homemade Postcards

Save all holiday and birthday cards. Cut off the front of the ones sent to you and send them back out as postcards to someone else. This also saves on postage. - Submitted by Janice

The following are the U.S. Post Office regulations for postcards to qualify for the lower rate:

Postcard Rate Dimensions:

Minimum: 3-1/2 inches high by 5 inches long by 0.007 inch thick.
Maximum: 4-1/4 inches high by 6 inches long by 0.016 inch thick.
