Ingredients:
- 1 8.5 ounce boxJiffy Cornbread Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Mix up the box of
Jiffy cornbread according to directions on box. Lightly butter the sandwich maker wells. Spread a layer of mix in the sandwich machine and added some shredded
cheddar. Then add another layer of batter. Close the lid and baked about 5-8
minutes. It was quicker and easier than heating my over and they were so
good! I think adding a little canned corn would be good, too. - Joan
