Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef, browned
- 1 or 2 cans corn, drained
- 5 or 6 potatoes, peeled, boiled, and mashed with milk and butter
Preparation:
Put the meat in the bottom of a casserole dish or Dutch oven. Add corn on top of meat. Add mashed potatoes on top, making sure the potatoes touch the sides of the dish all around. Bake 1 hour at 350.I sometimes substitute a pound of the mild sausage that comes in a roll instead of the ground beef.
