Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cans Campbell's vegetable soup (label reads beef soup with vegetables and barley)
- 1 can of corn
- prepared mashed potatoes (4 -6 servings)
- cheese
Preparation:
Brown gound beef.Add 2 cans Campbells' vegetable soup. Add 1 can of corn (drain most of the liquid).
Heat mixture on low-med heat.
Put into casserole dish and cover with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in oven at 350 until cheese is melted and mixture is hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
It is a lazy way, but this is the only way I have ever eaten it and my family loves it. Three pre-teens can be very picky, but they always ask for more of this! - Darcy
