INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off the pointy tips of the sweet potatoes and discard. Peel sweet potatoes; cut them into 1-inch squares. Put the pieces in a wide, shallow baking pan or an ovenproof skillet. Drizzle with vegetable oil and stir the potatoes, turning to coat them with oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes. Combine ginger, honey, orange juice and soy sauce; stir to dissolve honey.
