This is a gooey, healthy snack made with peanut butter, yogurt, cereal and coconut.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup creamy, unsalted peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup rice crispies
  • 4 tablespoon dry coconut
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a blender and serve.
