Ingredients:
- 2 can of cream of broccoli soup
- 1 can of cheese broccoli soup
- 3 cans of milk
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 16 ounce bag frozen broccoli
- ground pepper to taste
- shredded cheese (cheddar or whatever you like)
Preparation:
Put first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and warm; then add a 1/2 bag of broccoli and continue to cook. I then add about a 1/2 teaspoon or more of fresh ground pepper, then I add shredded cheese to the saucepan and heat.Ladle the soup into a large bowl, top with bacon bits and a dollop of sour cream.
