Use cubed beef and chopped potatoes in this easy-to-make soup.

Ingredients:
- 6 cups water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 pound beef, cubed
- 2 large stalks celery, chopped
- 2 medium/large carrots, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil and add the bouillon cubes and meat. Cook for about 15
minutes or so at a full boil, then skim any yuck that rises to the top. Add the celery,
onions and carrots now. Cook for 2 hours on low, just so the broth is still moving. Then
add the potatoes. Cook for another 20 minutes, season, cook another 10 minutes.
