Kielbasa Stew

From About.com

This is an easy stew made with sliced kielbasa, vegetables and creamy canned soup.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • 1-2 onions
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 can green beans (or frozen)
  • 3-4 carrots
  • small package frozen broccoli (can use fresh)
  • 2 cans cream soup
  • 2 cans milk

Preparation:

Take your kielbasa and cut it up into bite size pieces, chop an onion (or two), several potatoes, green beans, broccoli, carrots (great time to raid the freezer for frozen veggies) and put them all in a big oven casserole dish (preferable with lid). Pour over the top two cans of cream of whatever (originally it called for mushroom but we don't like it so I used corn or broccoli) soup and two cans of milk. Place it in the oven at 350 F and bake about an hour. - Aubra
