Jello, whipping cream and cream cheese make this a delicious and cool summertime dessert.

Ingredients:
- 2 boxes Lime Jello
- 2 C hot water
- 1 C cold water
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 - 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (15 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained very well
Preparation:
Mix Jello and hot water until Jello is dissolved, then add cold water. Chill until Jello is ALMOST set. In a mixing bowl, whip cream according to package directions. Then add softened cream cheese and blend on medium speed until well mixed. Then add partially set-up Jello and pineapple and mix on low speed until all ingredients are well blended. Pour into 9 X 11 baking dish and refrigerate another 1-2 hours. - Sherri
