This makes a good, cool, summertime dessert for your family.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup choc wafer crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter or marg melted
- 1 package Philadelphia cream cheese softened
- 1 can frozen concentrated rasp juice thawed
- 2 tablespoons icing (powdered_ sugar
- 1 large container Cool Whip topping thawed
Preparation:
Combine crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom and partially up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze 15 to 20 minutes. Place cream cheese, concentrate and icing sugar into food processor. Beat on high speed until smooth. Pour into a large bowl. Fold in Cool Whip topping. Pour over crust. Freeze until firm at least 4 to 5 hours.
