Broccoli/Cauliflower Salad

Made with broccoli, cauliflower, bacon and more, this is very nice salad.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 lb. of bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup of raisins (optional)

PREPARATION:

Add salad ingredients to a bowl and mix. Add salad dressing.

Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Mix together and pour and mix into the salad.
