This potato salad is so easy to make and the French dressing gives it a slightly red tint.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 pound bag potatoes
  • 4-6 eggs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 celery sticks, chopped
  • miracle whip
  • French dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

Boil approx. 3 potatoes per person until done.
Boil about 4-6 eggs
Cool potatoes and eggs; then peel both and cut up into bite size pieces
Add chopped onions, celery(optional) pickle relish; then add miracle whip until moist.
And then add French Salad Dressing and mix. Salt and pepper.

I know I haven't given any true measurements but I have been making it for so long I just gauge what I am doing. We have had this recipe in our family for awhile and won't make any other kind. - MarshaSue, forum member
