Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 12 ounce container of cottage cheese
- 8 or 9 ounce tub Kool Whip, thawed
- 13 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 pint fresh grapes, red or green
- 1 small package Jello, dry (Match the jello with the color of the grapes. )
Preparation:
Mix the dry Jello with the Kool Whip, then fold in the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate for an hour or two, until firm.Variation (as shown in the picture): Substitute 1 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained, for the grapes. Use orange-flavored gelatin.
