This Thanksgiving side dish has green beans mixed with sour cream and topped with cheddar cheese.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of green beans-drained
- 1 carton of sour cream
- 1/4 cup finally diced onions
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Melt butter in a corning ware dish and add flour to this; cook for about a minute
or two. Then add the 2 cans of drained green beans, onions and salt and
pepper. Mix in sour cream and place in a 325 oven for about 20 minutes-or in
microwave for about 5 minutes or until thoroughly warmed. Top with cheddar cheese
and put back in oven or microwave to melt it. - MarshaSue
