Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 package fresh spinach
- 3 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 3 slices bacon, fried and crumbled (I used turkey & more than 3 slices)
- 1 can drained bean sprouts (optional)
- chopped mushrooms (however many you want)
- 1 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 small bunches chopped shallots
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation:
Toss salad ingredients (first 6 ingredients) and chill. Prepare dressing (next 6 ingredients) in advance, but do not pour over greens until serving time.*Note: We just added the amount of dressing that we wanted to the salad as we ate it. We mixed it up in a jar. - Charlotte
