What worked for us was we would have the same routee over and over again. In the evening I would feed our daughter, then a warm bath, with the lights down or sometimes a candle lit 9I know weird huh, but it works for me) Then after bath all talking would stop, I would put her in her jammies and lay her in her bed. One bok that really helped me was the Baby Whisper, you can get it on Amazon.com or even from your local libray. I hope this helps!
