Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Packet Instant Oatmeal, Regular Flavor
  • 1 Whole Banana, Cut In Chunks
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 min.
Yield: two 8 oz servings
